Your Source for Laguna Beach Trails

LaugunaTrails.com is your source for information about trail networks accessible by foot from the village of Laguna Beach, California. Because LagunaTrails.com limits its coverage to trails walkable from downtown Laguna Beach, the trails are organized under one of two trailheads which are easily accessible from the village. The trailheads are Laguna Bowl Trailhead (Gate 18) and Canyon Acres Trailhead, and directions to each can be found at the bottom of this page.

Trailhead Information

Laguna Bowl Trailhead - To reach the Laguna Bowl Trailhead, take Pacific Coast Highway to Laguna Beach and turn onto Broadway (which is Route 133 / Laguna Canyon Road). The trailhead is half a mile up on the left just past the tennis courts. Alternatively, take the I-5 or the 73 and exit at Route 133. The trailhead is on the right one half mile beyond Canyon Acres.

Canyon Acres Trailhead - To reach the Canyon Acres Trailhead, take Canyon Acres Drive, which is one mile inland from Pacific Coast Highway on Laguna Canyon Road, and cross the chain at the far end of Canyon Acres Drive’s cul-de-sac. The trail immediately crosses a bridge and then turns back to the left where there is a gate and trail marker.
